MANAGING THE PROCESS
Initial Search
Conducting the initial search is only the first step in helping your company find the talent it needs to complete and grow. Alpha search saves you time and money by managing almost every aspect of the hiring process including contacting, prescreening and presenting candidates.
Profile Allows Us To Create Comprehensive Picture
Possibly the most critical part of the search process is understanding your exact candidates needs.
Using the information obtained during the needs analysis profile allows us to create comprehensive picture of what a candidates must possess to meet your specific needs. There is no “one size fits all” when it comes to the ideal candidate.
Our research team explores the marketplace to identify the ideal candidates possessing the skills and experience that you require.
Qualifications of Candidates
- We become your spokesperson, representing your company in the same professional manner in which you would represent it yourself. We present the objectives, opportunities, responsibilities, and advancement potential associated with the positions you need to fill.
- We compare the qualifications of the candidates against the comprehensive profiles developed during the planning stage. Only when a strong mutual interest between you and the candidate is determined does the process continue.
RECRUITING AGREEMENTS
We work closely with you to customize the search based on your unique recruiting needs and company culture. We also believe in being flexible with our clients which allows you to decide which structure works best for your needs. For this reason we offer two service options: Retained or Contingency Search.
CONTINGENCY
This option provides you with a no-risk approach. This allows you the opportunity to meet and interact with our professional team prior to making a large investment. We only collect a search fee when we find a suitable candidate for the position. Once a candidate is provided the search fee is determined based upon the base salary of the candidate. *An engagement fee of $500 may be required at the start of the search.
RETAINED
This is a more traditional search method. This is the preferred method for executive level positions, positions that require a candidate whose services are integral to overall organizational success and positions for those who hold key leadership responsibilities. Retained searches are given priority status in terms of the time and resources that are dedicated. Furthermore, we will not present a candidate to more than one client at a time in a retained search.
